What if I don't know my iPhone model / size?

You can verify and check your exact iPhone model by going into your iPhone's Settings > General > About and reading the 3rd "Model Name" line. We recommend you do this before ordering to ensure you select the correct size.

 

How long will it take to receive my product? 

We believe in instant gratification! From the date of your order (for orders placed before 3PM PST), you should expect to receive your item delivered to your door within 5-6 business days for all domestic USA orders. For international orders, it will vary between 7-21 business days depending on the specific country. You also have the option to pay to upgrade for faster shipping via USPS or UPS.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always FREE within the USA. We ship via USPS first-class, which typically takes 5-6 business days, for free!

For international shipping, cost is calculated at checkout and is a discounted international rate based on your order weight and location.

 

What if I want to purchase HOLSTERE as a gift and ship directly to the giftee?

You can send HOLSTERE directly to someone as a gift! We ship all of our online orders in beautiful white branded boxes, with a custom branded dust bag, and beautiful product insert. In addition, we never pack our items with receipts containing any prices. HOLSTERE makes for the perfect gift!

 

Why do the styles vary in price?

All of our products are custom designed and produced by different manufacturers - we try to pass along the best price based on how we produce the items. The Elle is the lowest priced in our line because it is not made of genuine leather (it's a rhinestone-like plastic case). All of our other styles are made of genuine high-quality leather and the price is reflective of the craftsmanship. The London style is made of an eco-friendly genuine smooth vintage leather. We believe every female should be able to afford and own a HOLSTERE to make their everyday lives simpler so our product offerings are made to reflect this!

 

Are the cases wireless-charging compatible?

Yes - all of our cases and products are wireless charging compatible!

 

Where is HOLSTERE based out of?

We are based out of Los Angeles, California, with deep roots in New York City. We were founded to make life easier for city living, travel, and busy on-the-go women.

 

What is your return policy?

For all online orders, the return and exchange window is 30 days from original purchase date. We take pride in our quality and products. All returned items must be in new condition. Please note all sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for returns.

Because we do offer free Express USA shipping, for all returns and exchanges, the customer will be responsible for costs to ship the item back to us. In addition, we will deduct $5 from the refund amount for the cost of shipping item to you.
